CANCELLATION PENALTIES

Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Please review the following cancellation policy:

• 96 days or more prior to your reservation: You may cancel your booking without further penalty; however, the deposit remains non-refundable.
• 95 to 66 days prior to your reservation: If you cancel within this window, you will be charged for one night’s stay in addition to the non-refundable deposit.
• 65 to 36 days prior to your reservation: Cancellations made during this time will incur a charge for two nights’ stay, plus the non-refundable deposit.
• 35 to 0 days prior to your reservation: Full reservation charges apply as per hotel policy, and no refund will be issued for any part of the stay.

Please note that this policy is strictly enforced and follows the hotel’s terms and conditions.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can give your agent a call with any question.
Deposit and all photoshoot related payments will be paid directly to photographer.
